- 1 Jus-Rol Gluten Free Puff Pastry sheet
- 200 g of broccoli
- 150 g of cream cheese
- 120 g of double cream
- 1 large egg
- 50 g of parmesan, grated
- 2 spring onions
- salt, pepper and grated nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Unroll the pastry on top of the tart tin, then lower the pastry into the corners. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
Meanwhile prepare the filling. Boil the broccoli for about 2 minutes. Mix the cream cheese, egg, double cream, parmesan and the spring onions until the mix is blended. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Remove the pastry from the oven and put the broccoli inside. Pour the cream in, sprinkle with the oregano and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
