This is very easy and quick jam recipe. You can also use other fruits, just use the same quantity of fruit and sugar.
- 300 g of strawberries cut in pieces
- 300 g of raspberries
- 600 g of caster sugar
- juice of one lemon
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan in low heat. Stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Leave it to boil in low heat, stirring often, until the mixture reaches the setting point.
Leave it to cool for 5 minutes then pour into glass jars.
