Today, I bring to you one of my favourite snacks. Every time I go to a pub I have to ask for nachos, if gluten-free are available, of course  :-). One of this cold Sundays, I decided to make gluten free nachos for our afternoon snack. Our friends approved, so here are the steps I followed.


1 pack of gluten-free nachos

200g of grated cheese

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 spring onions or half an onion
  • 1 tsp of red pesto
  • salt and pepper
Red Salsa:
  • 2 beef tomato
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • dash Tabasco, to taste
  1. For the guacamole mix all the ingredients until you get a homogenized texture (you can use a food processor or a fork to do it).
  2. Using a food processor mix all the red salsa ingredients until they are well combined.
  3. Put the nachos in an oven proof pan with cheese on top and bake at 180˚C until the top is golden.
