Granola 2 versions

Sunday was the day to make granola. It wasn’t the first time so I will share with you the two versions that I made. Granola is a good combination of grains and seeds for an healthy breakfast. We can mix the granola with yogurt, milk or fruit.

I used the same base for both and only change the nuts and the dry fruit used in each one. I start for mixed the oats with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds, honey and oil.

For the first combination I added pine nuts to the previous mix and baked in the oven at 170ºC until it gains a golden color. After cooling added the white chocolate and the dry mango (grossly chopped).

For the other recipe of granola I added sliced almonds, cinnamon and brown sugar to the base before baking. After baking and cooling added dark chocolate and a mix of dry fruits.

  • 250g oats
  • 50g linseeds
  • 30g sesame seeds
  • 75g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 50g sliced almonds or pine nuts
  • 50g honey
  • 75ml oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
